The staff are great. I believe the problems this place has are management related. Until recently, I was able to make an appointment and be in the back within 15 minutes of my appointment. Now it’s not even close to that. As I’m typing this I’m sitting in a donation bed and still haven’t begun the donation process. My appointment time was 90 minutes ago. There’s no point to doing the appointments if they overbook and can’t keep up. I understand they can only process so many donors, but if they are short staffed they need to limit the appointment slots. It’s inconsiderate of the donors time. Limiting appointment slots will result in the same number of donations but make the donation experience much more pleasant. The way things are run currently is bad for business in the long run.

I don’t blame the staff for such a negative disposition but whoever decided to allow reservations when staffing has clearly limited the amount of donors they can accept at any time. The last two appointments made had me waiting over an hour to be prescreened – even after showing up fifteen minutes early for my reserved time. Doing the questionnaires on the app (which also frequently does not work but deserves it’s own review) does not help with waiting beyond your appointment time. If I consistently showed up for any appointment an hour late or more I doubt I would still be waited on which makes it impossible to grasp how anyone should be treated differently the other way around.

It is what it is. The staff ive never taken issue with, they always do their best to fit me in even when I’m a new patient and they help the process greatly (they even let me run home to grab vital documents without taking me out of line. Granted I live next door and been going years so most of them know who I am and are always willing to help)

Polite and courteous staff. What I didn’t like is that when it comes to troubles with the machines, you can only watch them gossiping, telling jokes and laughing. Basically doing every funny thing instead of helping you.

It would be 5 stars as most of the staff is great, very friendly and professional, but the big guy that regularly checks people in has a tendency to allow friends to skip ahead in the check in process and then when something is said he gets rude and defensive. 3 different times he has allowed people to skip the line for vitals checks and once he even allowed a guy to check in his wife who was 3 people behind him in line. He also allows people to check in 30-45 mins after their scheduled appointment time ahead of people who have checked in at their appointment time. I schedule my appointments ahead of time and show up on time as do most people. Allowing friends to break the rules will result in trouble for this facility.

I love Talecris/ Grifols. The staff is wonderful, always polite. Especially Vanessa. She has a great bedside manner ,goes above and beyond, And ALWAYS has a smile on her face. The place is always clean and sanitized. I highly recommend them to anyone. The only thing I would suggest is to PLEASE PLEASE fix the water fountain.

Staff here is very rude, have attitudes and unprofessional. I hear them mock donors plus say jokes amongst themselves about others, not professional at all! You’ll also be waiting past your appointment time with how packed this place gets even showing up early. Ridiculous go elsewhere!!!

This place went from good to bad. Now you have to have an appointment to donate? The people still walk around doing nothing, one nurse is rude. We’ll grifols doesn’t need my donations. Update, it is now 8/11/23 and this place sucks worse than ever, I mean why make an appointment if everyone can just walk in and go ahead of you while you wait hours after your appointment? Kudos grifols you screwed the pooch again. That should be a minus 1 star
