Way better than BioLife centers. I literally found no problems with the place. I actually had a problem with a guy next to me blaring his phone super loud but right when I made mention of it on this review One of the technicians came over and explained to the man that he could not have it up that loud. So I’ve edited this and given it the stars it deserved!

It was a terrible experience with this place, 6 years ago there was a situation where I had to my blood tested,present day I took care of all issues and got the run around with my primary doctor and still wasn’t able to donate. Management needs to do better..

The staff was extremely helpful and informative. The check in process was a breeze, the customer service was above and beyond and I was in and out in record time. I was nervous at first, but all the staff made me feel comfortable. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

So this is one of the best plasma centers around. Not only do they treat you with respect, but they truly do care. My husband’s first-time donating and he got so sick, he said that if it weren’t for the nurse he probably wouldn’t have made it through. However if you’re not donating anything and you’re just there for support for a loved one, well let’s just say you don’t get the same treatment. Also they do not allow your loved ones to wait for you in the waiting room during the process. So I recommend coming alone. Although, of all the places I’ve called, they pay the most.

This place has an employee who spayed medical grade chemicals into my eye. To top it off, they failed to use the emergency eye cleaning station to clean my eye. I guess they thought pouring saline in my eye in the bathroom was best? As a result I suffered a burn to my eye lid/eye ball, and my vision is blurry in said eye. They wouldn’t provide me with the employees name, and didn’t offer a ride to the hospital. I’d honestly avoid this place. Their negligence cost me my perfect vision.

Not here for the money so that doesn’t bother me. The place is clean and organized. Convenient app check in but if you come 10 min early you’ll wait to be checked in. If you’re 1 min late they’ll definitely make sure you know it. And sometimes you may have to wait 30 minutes or more to start pumping. (Please value their time but yours, not so much) Most of the time most of the staff is nice but sometimes it feels like you’re just a nuisance to their day. Overall it’s ok I guess.

I have experience donating at BioLife as well as grifols, and I do like this location and the people that work there but the only issue is,and I feel is a big issue… Is that the cloth blood pressure wraps that they use on people’s arms are not being sanitized properly so the odor that comes from these arm wraps are atrocious.. I’ve I’ve tried to notify management of this but nothing seems to be getting done.. It’s very unsanitary and I feel like if BioLife can have plastic blood pressure wraps why can’t they? It’s a health issue for sure.

Absolutely the best place to donate plasma. Check-in is super easy on the app, wait times are low, and the employees are phenomenal. 10/10 Jasmine is absolutely the best of the best. She is super quick to get you set up, makes the sticks not hurt as much, and frankly, her personality is phenomenal. She just can’t be beat.

Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place. My boyfriend went and donated and the blood wasn’t flowing at all my boyfriend made a complaint that it was hurting his arm they had 4 employees mess with the needle but none of them knew what they were doing he asked to go and they didn’t let him , when they finally did let him go they didn’t give him saline!!! and instead of paying him the 125$ for the inconvenience they only paid him 10$ my boyfriends arm is all bruised. If your gonna donate go to csl plasma they offer waters and snacks , walk ins & if the blood doesn’t flow on the second try they’ll send you home with full payment.
