I’m incredibly impressed with this donation center. With it being my first time donating everyone was so nice and polite. I wanna give a special shoutout to Gabbie ❤️ toward the end of my donation I did feel a little hot and sweaty. She fanned me and put a cold compress on me, continued to work but never left eye sight of me. I will definitely be coming back and each time will get easier. I hope to work with her more !!!

The staff here are so kind and friendly. If you’re scared of needles, then you’ll never know they have one. The environment here is soothing, relaxed, and a nice place to chill while helping others who are in need. I 100% support this facility and recommend it to friends, family, and generous strangers! 100/10

The best plasma donation center in Pueblo. The staff is always incredibly nice and understanding. They answer every question and always make sure I’m comfortable. I also love being able to help people with my weekly donations. The compensation doesn’t hurt either Overall a great environment to spend an hour of your day making money and helping others. Also wait times are very reasonable especially with their express kiosk option on their app 10/10

Everyone is nice but I always have to wait 45min to an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Then you hear laughing in the background like nobody is working. I’m not sure what kind of management is running the place but it’s not good. If your going to switch to appointment only then maybe actually be ready for that appointment. I hope grifols changes their lengthy wait times. I’m ready to try somewhere new.

Clean, friendly, quick service. Answer questions, monthly raffle. Payment isn’t bad, I wish it was the same amount each time. It’s starts low and increases with each donation. Staff is very nice and attentive.

Don’t ever donate here. They are not going to pay you that you’re promised to be paid. They’ll pay you half of what they say that they will pay. Craig in particular is a terrible manager here. He doesn’t care about you, all he cares is that he’s the manager and he has the final say of what people pay no matter the circumstances! Avoid here at all cost! Unless you want to put your body through hell and get paid half of what you’re supposed to be paid. Never going to donate here ever again! Strongly recommend going to a different donation center!

The floor manager Bridget is very harsh and is not a people person she just put down a employee in front of me and it made me extremely uncomfortableI was very concerned about her behavior and the employee seem to think they may be fired if they do even the slightest thing wrong wondering why there is no of the old people working here that have been here for awhile I really hope her boss sees this and really correct her actions since her words cannot be seen on the camera she is an embarrassment to professional medical employees and shouldn’t be putting down fellow employees in front of donors that are here to relax and save lives
