I’ve been donating at the center for 6yrs and I will continue to donate here. The staff is amazing and I’ve only had one problem the whole 6yrs. I’ve always felt safe with who ever Is doing my needle stick. Always in and out. As long as you take care of yourself, drink lots of water and eat a healthy meal the night before and I promise no problems.

Came here and it was very pleasant!! The ladies here are very nice and friendly. Just made me feel comfortable especially when I hate donating. Quick and easy!! I have had great experiences here since I started coming 10 months ago. I’ve been to a couple plasma centers and this is absolutely the best one! The staff is amazing, so kind and friendly. They are always moving quickly and taking care of those who come through the door. A very clean facility. I will continue to come here and refer them to anyone!

I was banned for life over a mistake I made that happened three years ago, I’m so hurt and upset that I can’t help people ever again because of it. I accidentally got a date wrong when putting my information in, I understand it’s important to tell the truth and that it’s important to look over information, I made a mistake and it’s so upsetting that I can’t help people because of it I have dyslexia and got a date wrong and I would never do it to harm to in danger people and I wish they would let me fix the mistake I made the lady who was harping on me hard and asking a lot of personal questions and it felt like she wanted to catch me on any and all mistakes it was very weird and made me uncomfortable she also made me so awful even when I told her about how I have dyslexia and it was an honest mistake super heartbreaking how harsh they are here on people

I’ve donated plasma for YEARS and this is BY FAR the friendliest plasma center I’ve ever been to! Literally every stage of the process is wonderful and everyone makes you feels so cared for. This is the first time I’ve experienced actually looking forward to donating plasma instead of it being a “chore”. 10/10 highly recommend this location.
