Horrible experience!!!! I went for a donation about a week ago 8/28 after not going to this location for about a year, and right off the back employees keep saying how they are short staffed because no one likes new management. The first girl who stuck me didn’t speak to me at all and when my machine stopped the lady who came to adjust it was discussing with another employee how she called out the day before cause she “is just done with this place” and was having this discussion while she carelessly stuck the whole needle straight in my arm, I told her it hurt and she started moving the needle around making it worse, My arm then started to swell and feel stiff and she said it was normal. I’ve been to MA school and done phlebotomy and the way she forced the needle straight in my arm was not normal! It is sad that miserable employees can be so careless and defend it as something that’s common and normal. If that’s the case they need to hire and train all new staff cause that is sad. I have major bruising and can’t bend my arm straight due to it being so sore and wasn’t able to go for my second donation. Can’t imagine how many others have been treated with this sort of malpractice preventing them from being able to donate again. I wasn’t going to comment but for my arm to be feeling as sore as it does and not being able to bend it straight, They should just shut this location down at this point. I have pictures but for some reason can’t post them here. Horrible!

I came as a new donor last week after not donating here since 2018. I dontated on Monday and Wednesday with a great experience, no hassle no problems. I show up today to donate and I’m told that my iron from 2018 was low 4 times and the doctor needs to “review” my file and approve that I’m able to donate. Results from 4 years ago! I had no trouble donating last week and was told I’d be a new donor, I don’t know why my past results FROM 4 years ago, disqualify me from donating. What was the point of taking blood samples if y’all are just going to be using the old results ♀️ I don’t care if it’s policy, I didn’t read anything about this in the binder they gave me before I consented to donate.

The staff has bad attitude when I asked to use the restroom cause I was waiting for my fiancé to finish his donation they said I’m not supposed to be here even though I told them we walked here they said next time don’t come with him your not supposed to be here if your not donating but they said it in a really bad tone if they said it nicer I would understand but when someone has attitude just cause there day is going bad doesn’t mean they need to dump it on the patients even if I’m not donating please work on manners and respect
