This place is not professional some of the staff is still learning on how to properly stick a needle in people! They don’t tell you that you’re test subjects for them and they get upset because they mess your arm up without any compensation also refuses to give you the name of the nurse that deferred because I got upset that I wasn’t able to donate because of their negligence.

I’ve always been very impressed with the facility, especially the staff. They take client safety very seriously and do their best to accommodate clients during busy times so that we are in and out as quickly as possible. I have a friend who benefits from the plasma products and they undoubtedly will extend his life. Thank you!!

Unprofessional, disgusting attitudes, lazy workers and ontop of it they illegally last year took fingerprints from us so now they are sending out claim forms due to this settlement. This company itself is terrible and evil

I’m not understanding how this place suppose to operate, the employees make up their own rules and regulations. I was done donating and sat there an extra 20 mins with a needle in my arm workers steady walking pass me then muting the machines not knowing who finished first not checking times it’s unprofessional. On top of that they have employees who clearly can’t be certified or have a degree too be sticking on the donor floor sticking and giving ppl hematomas a change truly needs to be done not worrying about what time they close need to focus on better training and getting a more passionate staff rather then those who just want a paycheck.

Great staff, if you’re reading reviews from more than 10 months ago or so or older just know that there’s essentially an entirely new staff.

The staff always does a great job of making sure you’re comfortable and get in and out very quickly. They are very fast and efficient with great costumer service. Always very friendly! I’ve been going twice a week for a few years now, I highly recommend to anyone looking to make a few extra dollars or income and in the process make a life saving donation that can help save people.

Sat waiting for like 30 mins as it was slow because they couldn’t figure out how to use their own machine then The girl was literally crying as she injected the needle in my arm sobbing nd coughing all over the equipment as managers just watched nd got blood everywhere nd that was a regular trip I wondered why I stopped coming here I definitely remember now cause 80% of the staff is seemingly a joke

Staff is friendly at least. Grifols is very transparent in it’s attempt to compete with other local donation facilities by throwing money and offers at donors only if they consistently donate at their facility twice a week without skipping a single donation rather than making anything more convenient or pleasant for donors by improving their business or compensating staff for being the only good thing about them is a shame. If you want to help people by donating plasma, recommend looking elsewhere for a quicker pleasant experience. It seems less slimy.
