I had a great experience with Talecris! The staff were very nice to me and were understanding I was a little nervous and let me take my vitals after 15 minutes and I was fine. I’ve heard CSL plasma isn’t as nice staff wise and there’s no place to sit there to wait. There’s seating areas here, restrooms, water fountains, and drink and food vending machines which you can utilize for after your donation. Michelle and Brittany my nurses were very nice and my experience was very cool! I’m definitely going to be coming back twice a week for regular donations

Who has a team meeting at 12:00pm with a full lobby of people? We waited an additional hour while we heard them having a meeting. The amount of consistent disrespect and disregard from this facility is beyond understanding. I am just gonna go to CSL from now on.

Waiting times have been FIVE HOURS or more on more than one occasion and are only getting worse now that appointments are no longer able to be made or followed. Don’t waste your time, and don’t bother even trying to get through on the phone, it’s only there for show.

A few really nice employee but some need to know how to be professional not talk about donors and definitely learn privacy of other donors

I’ve tried a dozen times to give plasma and they say they have to find my file, exhaust search measures, then file a report for the file that it’s missing and it’s been 6 more years, still no file nor a file for finding the file.

I called this place before I came in to find out what I needed. They said I could just show up, no appointment needed. I go in at 7:30am with my baby and they said they couldn’t help me because I needed an appointment. Never did they mention anything about my baby. I set up an appointment for the same week. I then come in 30 minutes early on the day of my appointment and they said I could not come in with my baby. So I take my baby to the sitter and come back and they refused to help me because my dl and social security card don’t match exactly. My social has both my parents last names, buy my ID and all other docs just have my dads last name. Even though I explained this to them, they wouldn’t assist me. Overall stupid.

Lady had poked my arm wrong hit something my whole forearm bicep is purple. They said if bruse is more 2 inches can’t come in. Well it’s 3 feet. I know they short staffed but paying attention when they poke needle in someone is pretty serious. Everyone seen my arm was like wow you got be in pain. Well I am but who’s going pay hospital bill when I get this fixed.
