Great experience at the Sioux Falls center. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, will explain the process thoroughly, they have good incentives, and a nice and easy way to help thousands of people that need life-saving medicine!

*IF you’re a nomad, as I am, don’t bother wasting your time trying to donate plasma.

I started donating here in 2018 and at first it was a great, quick way to make extra money each month while also feeling good about doing something for sick people. However, over the last 2 years or so the experience has gone downhill. You now make only about 1/2 to 2/3 the amount you used to be able to make each month, despite significantly longer wait times due to them no longer offering appointments. We were told over a year ago to download an app so they could start doing appointments again and they STILL are not offering appointments. For someone who works 8 hours during the day, the last thing I want to do is sit in this building for 2.5 to 3 hours in the evening or on the weekends. The screening process takes about 5-10 minutes and the donation typically an hour or less, so to be in the building any longer than 1.5 hours is ridiculous. I don’t plan to return again until they start respecting donors’ time by bringing back appointments.

Started because the 100 dollars for your first 4 trips is a really good deal to get some extra money and kept going after that because it feels good to know you are helping others in need.

Great place they just have a bad situation beyond there control. There is a group of native Americans that donate twice a week and once they got they 40 they go around to the other end the block on the corner of spring and mclellen and get drunk off cheap high gravity beer and harrass everyone in the neighborhood. I live a block away and one of em just came through my alley bellegerent and asking to borrow money I almost had to fight him. Again great place saves lives just don’t look at what’s going on the other side the block. The owner of the house on the corner let’s this group sit there get drunk and harrass people. You know something’s wrong when kids gotta walk on the other side of the street. Not talecris fault but definitely stemming from them. These people need treatment not to donate they plasma for alcohol

I can’t believe how much money I’ve gotten since I started donating, the best is knowing that I have helped so many people that are in need of our plasma. Thanks grifols and thank you creator!

Long waits jus to get screened to see if you can even donate. My last visit I watched 3 people get called ahead of me even though I’d come in before them. And they tried to tell my I was last on the list before I had to explain that I’d come in before them and been waiting. Then they figured out there was a mess up. It was not that busy. It’s always a waiting game.

The easiest money I’ve ever made. $100 each donations of plasma. No delivering no shopping . Just sit back relax and collect dollars at the end of your donation. The best part is it’s life saving.

Staff is horribly untrained and rude. They surely do not value anyone’s time! They treat you more like an inconvenience than grateful for the donation. Easier ways to make a little extra money than donating at this facility! Would definitely NOT recommend to anyone!
