This place has the best people!! They actually care about you, are very nice, accommodating, and aren’t just there for a paycheck, they make you feel like friends and I have only left a couple of times feeling like it could have gone better. The other place around here is the worst and this is a stark contrast to that other place!! You won’t regret coming here to donate 🙂 Cal is seriously the sweetest and best at sticking me, it rarely ever hurts and her bedside manor is truly angelic!

All staff are always in a friendly, welcoming mood and setting the environment to be as such. A very spotless facility! Love being able to come here and help save lives. I went in yesterday to Talecris in Moorhead and it was a great experience. I was taken care of by Nikki, who did my physical, went step by step on what the process would be like.
