Very professional people! I walked in and was very nervous due to my dislike of needles but mister Yang Lee made me feel very relaxed about the whole ordeal. The whole building was kept nice and neat, even the outside. They really helped me understand what donating plasma was and let me know that I am helping people out! Will definitely continue to be a customer of this place!

I started donating here 12 years ago and have never gone anywhere else. The staff is friendly and very competent in what they do. I love helping those who need plasma, and if you donate twice per week (the maximum you can donate) regularly, the compensation you receive over time is insane!! I highly recommend the St. Paul Talecris location!

I have been really satisfied with this location. The staff has always been so friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for almost a year and I wouldn’t want to go any where else. I only know a handful of their names but some of them really do need some praise! Marion and Scott have been so great and so many others!

This has always been my preferred plasma donation location, but due to recent changes I think it is now the worst place to donate. It’s so incredibly cramped for us patients, as well as the workers. I hope this was a good faith attempt in improving the facility, but whatever improvements they hoped to achieve are completely dwarfed by the terrible donation experience for both the donor and workers. I can’t I’m good conscience support these cramped conditions and will move on to another donation center after I complete my bonus. I hope management considers the impact these changes have made on both the donors and workers. They should be put first.

I have been coming to the St Paul location for about one year, previously I was at Bio Life. They make you jump through hoops to donate, my last visit there was after my one year physical. After the 3rd scheduled appointment for my physical they told me “we received your doctors order but now our doctors have to review it.” They could have told me this on the 1st or 2nd appointment. I felt like I was just a number and they could care less it I donated or not. I love St Paul Grifols….EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER IS INCREDIBLE! They always greet you with a smile and genuinely are pleased to see you. And they are gentle with their pokes. I appreciate the staff and look forward to my donations…thank you St Paul Grifols staff
