OMG I LOVE THIS PLACE.. I wish I would have came here before CSL Plasma. The staff is funny friendly and fast. The place was not to busy at all on Tuesday afternoon when I went. I’m just very happy I ended up coming here despite some one the reviews. It was a happy experience.. thank you

This place is horrible, dirty, ghetto, and unprofessional. There is a saying treat people how you want to be treated. If you dont like your job than find a new occupation its so simple. Not once i came to this place being rude or vulgar but yet some of the staff have the worst attitude. Next time i come to this place, i will be just as rude as they been to me and we gonna see how it makes them feel to be disrespected for no reason

I was in as a new donor over a year ago and pulled a false positive test result. Since then it has been difficult getting back in to donate. I have done the blood test that was needed and they always tell me it wasn’t the correct test and they need more information from the results. I keep taking the form with what tests need to be done to my doctor but every time I take the results back to them saying from my doctor that I am fit to donate I keep getting rejected and have to go back to the doctor’s to do the same test over again. Not very clear what they want.

Every time I go here the company has found some way to dial down the compensations. It’s ridiculous. It’s little surprise they are less busy each time.

I would recommend CSL over this place. They keep doing “samples” because my protein keeps reading low even after a month. I went to CSL after 3 weeks of that and my level was at the top of the range. The staff won’t tell you anything and they are not friendly. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I’d rather go to CSL. Even the decent workers that was employed here even switched to CSL which speaks for itself. The white guy with glasses in the front is rude to the elderly .The workers argue , cuss and talk ugly about alot of the people that donate. Last time I went to donate here, a donor threatened to shoot people there and the workers and management did nothing. Which multiple people heard the threats also. Not worth putting up with workers or risking safety.
