I used to love this place until recently. Went in to donate and Gabby pressed the wrong button on her computer and failed me out by accident, which cost me to lose out on $80. And Gabby actually laughed and said “opps” and acted as if she couldn’t care less. Then the next time I went in she skipped me out of line and took two people ahead of me. I simply said “I was next” and the next girl took care of me. Then the next time I went in I was called into the managers office for being rude to staff. The only thing I even said was that I was next. In no way was I rude. So no I don’t recommend this place. I was treated like a child a scolded for something I didn’t do and falsely accused of being rude. Gabby needs to be more professional and pay attention to what she’s doing rather than being petty and making accusations about people.

The staff at this location is extremely rude. You are lucky if you get a hello from the two people normal at the desk. Then the ladies that test your blood act annoyed you are bothering them, again no hello. Then you go to the back for your donation and get the same attitude. No one appreciates or thanks you for coming in to donate they make you feel like we are annoying them by coming in. Definitely a very unfriendly place with no appreciation for our business.

I love this place…wish they’d let them play the good music again. There’s always that one “Karen” in the building…it’s harder to stay awake listening to jazz. The whole energy of the workers and clients have changed dramatically. Negative Nancy needs to get over it…please bring back the good vibes and energy let them play their music! Everyone was much happier before!

I cannot say enough great things about this center! It’s my 3rd donation center and this one is so amazing! They are clean, fast and efficient. All of the employees are so friendly. My only regret is not finding this place first!

All of the staff is wonderful but Keisha is especially amazing. Everyone is professional and friendly, if you start feeling unwell they really go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Exceptionally clean compared to other places I’ve donated in the past and everyone is always happy. They just started a new records system so they have had some backups lately but they always are very apologetic about it and go the extra steps to make sure you come back the next day.

I went this past Thursday with my daughter to donate for the first time. They were all very friendly and explained the process thoroughly. I wasn’t able to donate due to my blood pressure and heart rate being too high so I was deferred for the day. My daughter was able to, and loved her experience.

Very professional staff. They did a great job of explaining the process. The first time takes a couple hours, but after that is about an hour or less. Very generous payments for new donors. It’s chilly in the donation area so dress in layers or bring a light blanket.
