I have donated for at least a decade both here and at other facilities. Which is why I’m appalled by the way I was treated over a dispute in payment. I was offered one amount in the facility at the time of my donation. And since August 17, 2023 I have yet to receive the full payment. They discovered their mistake in offering a wrong payment and decided through an appeal I took all the way to corporate not to give me the payment I accepted at the time of my donation for a lessor amount!!!!

Terrible place to go, never had any issues in 2 years then all of a sudden in less than 2 months their equipment went faulty… the filter not functioning properly and could not return my blood back to me causing me to not be able to donate now for two months…then they say it’s my fault because my diet of what I eat .. but I eat the same as I have this whole time I’ve been donating… never an issue till now… maybe they are buying bad equipment or not properly keeping the equipment they have up… or maybe they are not properly putting the needle in… then they failed to only give me a partial payment for the plasma I did donate… so they took plasma and kept my blood and gave me a partial payment… beware of going to this place…

This facility seems well ran for the most part. The phlebotomy team is amazing, they are considerate and hard working. Theres a handful of phlebotomist who are so gentle (such as Selina), her needle poking skills are superb! My only complaints are hearing other people’s videos playing on phones, listening to employees gossip and the center is closed on Mondays now!

Today I sat and waited while 2 ppl hooked up before me .I was there first.what sucked is what came after ;( I talked to the manager and just brushed me off. I might have to think about going to the one on the North today was a bad experience

Very clean and very professional. They make you feel comfortable during the whole process and actually care, always asking if your ok or if you feel any discomfort. Definitely a good experience while at the same time helping people that need plasma for their medicine.
