Grifols prides itself on donor safety, the safety of our plasma, and the difference we make together–in the lives of patients around the world, in our communities, and in the industry. We specialize in the collection of protein-rich plasma from donors to help create life-saving therapies for patients with diseases, such as immune deficiencies, hemophilia, genetic emphysema, hepatitis, tetanus and rabies. We encourage donors to donate on a routine basis, and we compensate them for their time. As a Grifols plasma donor, your comfort and safety are our number one priority. After all, it’s your donations that make our life-changing medications possible. We look forward to your visit!

I had a great experience here solely due to Joe Stewart. He is an excellent nurse with a professional, friendly demeanor. He is always incredibly helpful.

so unprofessional and unlicensed.. when they cannot find a vein, they will keep poking around with the needle still in. I had provided my SSN and ID as directed to and then had my SSN ran through their data base from a piece of paper to tell me I’m young. to donate plasma is 18+ and never gives their full amount $. you get stabbed all types of wrong for nothing.

So I went today as a first time donor. I’ve never donated plasma before. I had no idea what to expect due to these reviews but everything went above and beyond my expectations! From the moment I walked in everyone was very nice and professional. Mandy or mindy (sorry!) helped me through out my entire screening process and she was very informative and took her time explaining everything. The facility was so clean too. When I went back I did have to get re-sticked due to one of my veins blowing but the phlebotomist caught it right away and asked if I was ok as I was getting really hot and turning red. After that it was all smooth sailing. The entire process did take about 3 hrs from start to finish but I know that’s only for first time donors. I just want to thank the staff for being so wonderful! Esp to us new comers who are slightly intimidated by the whole process. I am happy to be able to give my life saving donation and the compensation will help me in this time of need.

The ridiculousness of not taking new/returning time gap donors an hour and a half after you open because of being short staffed is inexcusable. I get it the manpower just isn’t there but an hour and a half into the day? Really? This will make the third time in just 4 days that there has been an existing issue. Please answer the phones so people aren’t wasting trips to and from, it’s what the intended purpose is.

They are unorganized, don’t communicate changes to policy very well and can be very slow. They implemented a new appointment scheduling app that is unreliable and misleading. You can schedule appointments in 15 minute increments, but you cannot arrive within that time slot, you must arrive at the beginning of that time slot. There is no grace given, even if they have no one else waiting or arriving and they have half a dozen employees standing around doing nothing but watching the door. The new girl at the front desk was rude and practiced no common sense with the situation at hand. She would not allow me to proceed with my appointment, even though no one was arriving for the next time slot (I wonder, did she tell the next people to come back later, too, since they were not there at the start of their time slot??). She told me I could come back in two hours, which was a time I would have scheduled for in the first place if it had shown to be available on the app, but it was shown to be filled, so I didn’t schedule for then (the app doesn’t work right). And, a few weeks ago, I had to cancel an appointment and the app let me cancel, but would not let me reschedule and I had to call and have a staff member verbally approve an appointment time, because they couldn’t figure out how to reset my schedule on the app. No program they implement seems to work well and they do not stick with policy changes very long and it’s hard to keep up with all the changes. Turnover there is high, so things are very inconsistent and no one really knows what they’re doing. The few who have been there a while are very friendly and do a good job. I don’t usually have any problems there, but there are times when dealing with new people when it can be very frustrating. This is the only plasma center I’ve had experience with, so I don’t have anything to compare it to and don’t know if other places have these issues. Customer service is very important to me and they do a lousy job with that. But, maybe they don’t care.

I donated for my first time last week and everyone was great. I was walked through every step the lady that did all the paperwork and my checkup was awesome she was serious and funny at the same time made me feel very comfortable and kept informed on every step. The staff doing the the plasma part was very nice to me and checked on me very often and even chatted with me and others in the room..very nice people..

Drove in a snow storm to give plasma, my pulse is to high so couldn’t give, I understand that but policy’s changed and now they don’t give you complimentary $ on your next visit , so you get nothing for making the effort, for as much $$$ as Grifols make, in my opinion, that’s a bit greedy.
