This place needs better management. I’ve been turned away twice in one week before closing hours because I didn’t sign up to donate! That has never been a rule and when it became one, they should have done a better job notifying people. The hours here are already ridiculous, they close early on the weekends and by 6 during the week so anyone with a real job wouldn’t able to donate. We should be able to come in at least until 7pm. They close at 2 on Saturdays of all days! I don’t know who need to hear this but this place is not serving the community at all. I’m a working mom who uses this money for food and gas but this location makes it very hard for working class people to get in the door

Literally no workers, I’ve been sitting here an hour! I see why everyone has stop coming here, this the worse Plasma donation place in the Country hands down. They move so slow because they want you there for hours unnecessarily & unacceptable

Friendly staff when you are actually there, but good luck ever calling them.

So I’ve been in the back sitting for a hr and a half because the workers are putting people on the bed when one side empties out I have kids and better things to do with my time than wait for this dumb…. Then I get threatened to be deferred and told it would be faster if I go home. You need to hire people that actually want to work.

Never answers the phone. Afraid to go in to get turned away for a simple thing. All i have is one question so i dont make the unnecessary trip in. Never heard of a place never answering a phone call.

Never answers the phone. Have you come all the way up to the facility just to tell you something that they could have told you on the phone if they would have answered. Notice of employees turning the volume down on the phone just ridiculous.

Gave them 2 donations, then they want to pay $40 for 3rd… I’m not going for $40 so they sent me a $50 bonus voucher if I came in, which i did and made my little $90.. the 4th visit should’ve been $80 but they only gave me $40.. so I call to ask about it and they hang up and don’t answer any more phone calls. I do recommend Biolife in Middletown. I will not donate my plasma for $40; that’s insane.

I really like it here. Yes sometimes they are running behind, but they are starting to get it together. They are also training new people to get full staffed so they won’t be running behind. I love helping out people when I can and the money isn’t so hateful either. Keep up the great work.

Lazy staff that just stands around and talks, instead of checking and screening donors. Very unprofessional to have 9 donors waiting to be screened while 7 employees just sit behind the desk holding a conversation for over 20 minutes
