Only complaint I have is they really don’t pick up the phone that well but other than that I love going here over other plasma centers. They are very clean, quiet, and professional. They are really quick with not only screening, they are quick at getting you in a chair to start donating. I have never once been let down by this place, I highly recommend this center over others for sure! Plus the pay is higher than all other places I’ve been to for returning donors, they don’t go by weight which is very nice because I’m pretty tiny so other places don’t pay very well.

Wish I could give an accurate review BUT they do not answer their phones ever. Been calling for 2 days now simply trying to get new donor information. Might as well go to Octapharma or CSL because they at least answer their phones.

Unprofessional and they never answer the phones. I was recently there and suffered a huge bruise on my arm that was painful, interrupted my sleep, my ability to grasp things and I still have a tingling sensation in my arm and hand. They didn’t compensate me for my suffering and think I want to donate again. No to mention I only have one good hand, and now I’m plagued by a constant burning and tingling sensation…not only do they not answer the location phone, I’ve been hung up on everyday since calling the hotline

This place I would recommend Noone uses it I was going in the canton branch for a long time I moved to akron and transfered to Britain rd I went in today the collapsed both my veins my left are swelled like a baseball they unhooked me taped it up went to my right arm and 2 cycles later my right arm gave collapsed both of my veins I am a single father

Third trip and still won’t take me. Last week they did not have staff to process new donor. Sunday, can’t take new donors today. Friday morning, did you have an appointment? No, I was here the other day and was not told to make an appointment. Oh new process as of Wednesday. Right, I’ve wasted gas, time and effort and with all the construction in Akron, it isn’t convenient to get here. I shall not be returning.
