I go to BioLife now because talecris is not very professional. They ignore you and are very rude. Every time my husband goes there they mess his arm up. I don’t think they know what they’re doing. BioLife pays more and they are very friendly and professional. Go BioLife!!!!!

Be sure to ask if they paying you as a new or returning customer. Even if you haven’t donated in over 30 years in a different state. They say your a RETURNING customer and won’t pay the full amount.

I have friends that go to this facility and many have had scares of them calling saying they became HIV positive and need to come to check again. If you are military or anyone stay away from this place.

They really disappointed me they was rude they act like they didn’t want to do they job and as I was sitting waiting for them to call me to the back they had other people a head of me so I waited for them to see me so when they finally got to me it was a problem so they kept sending me in and out room so I’m looking confused because I didn’t know what was going on so I still waiting for them to tell me what going on so a young lady came in and she said I couldn’t Donate so I was still looking confused so she said again and was like the reason why you can donate because of your the way I had smells so I got up and left because it really has me upset so I left I want to this ever again they was rude and disrespectful

I appreciate the evolution of this center. They’ve sped up the intake/questionnaire process by utilizing the app, which I’m very happy about, as there were few kiosks, which were always malfunctioning, or the line to use them was long.
