I really enjoy this location. I like that it has plenty of parking and the area is clean and well lit. The interior is neat, clean and organized. Staff is friendly, professional, fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in donating plasma.

Circus company ran by clowns, and trying to report anything is pointless.. HR is just as much of a joke as the managers. Highly recommend to not donate and most definitely not work there

They play too much and it takes waaay longer than the time frame they give you…. I thought appointments were supposed to make things faster… Well that’s a waste of time if you still have to wait 30 minutes to even get a bed

This is one of the worst establishments I have ever been to the employees treat u terrible I walked in for an appointment I scheduled from 5:45 to 6 and I showed up at 5:56 and they denied seeing me now I’ve wasted my gas for no reason and then they gonna tell me I have a 5 min grace period when it obviously says on there website they do not close till 6 the employees are lazy I would recommend csl plasma instead of this dump

The cm here is all about numbers she cares nothing about her employees, to anyone leaving a comment about the employees being rude if it was a PHLEB or a new person especially he/she meant no harm to you, forgive her/him!! This place likes to employee people based off how much they can intimidate them! Both of the women they have in the position as “OS” are horrible the donors always complained about their attitudes. But those same women complain on employees only because they have to address them respectfully! I loved this job but I have seen a 10+ vet walk away like it was nothing! They run this company based off of their personal feelings!! They hate when you speak up to them and tell them they are wrong! It won’t be here long and if it is they will lose all of their donors! They treat the wrong ones with respect and mistreat their good people! I’ve always hoped it was someone that would come in that’s i could converse with but no one EVER came. when you’re new you don’t mean anything especially if you speak up for yourself, or your good donors ♀️ I feel sorry for any patients that are in need with what is coming from this location! I would name all of them from top to bottom but it’s not worth it, “they know”! They had a really good team from April until now but they have ran all of the good ones away wanting to be bullies. Sad!!

The staff is the rudest most unprofessional I’ve ever witnessed. They were in there cursing and speaking badly on people coming in to donate. They were outside smoking cigarettes and they do not even have soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. I heard the staff speaking openly about doing their own reviews so they won’t look bad. I wish I would have recorded the way they act wish I could give them 0 stars

These people are slow. They judge you. I do RV living and was labeled as unstable living and compared to a person living in a hotel room. I own my RV and it’s a helluva lot cleaner than some of the junkies they do allow to donate. No worries I will not be back.

Have been donating here for over a year, my roommate and I always ride down from Lagrange together.to donate. Today when we show up they tell me I can’t donate because it’s not my day and let my roommate straight into the back. Upon asking at the front desk why all I’m told is ” I don’t know, it’s not your day and it not my problem. ” Unless staff is taught better people skills I will not be back.
