Going further and further downhill. The staff doesn’t act as if they care at all, will argue with each other in-front of donors. Can’t hear them when they call for people to come back for screening, won’t repeat and everyone acts lost. They skip around on donors when getting them hooked up instead of doing so in the order they arrived and were taken back. Everyone has an attitude and their lack of concern for anyone’s time is out the window. They drag their feet and don’t care if it takes them 4 hours to get you through, they “get paid by the hour” i’ve heard them say way to often in-front of donors. And forget getting help at the front desk, you have to make a scene to get help up front. Overall this place has become a frustrating experience.

Absolutely the worst plasma center in Jax. Slow slow SLOW!!!!!!! Maybe if they cam off of some of that corporate Jeddah and paid their workers more they would have enough staff to ensure a timely donation experience…..but we know that won’t happen…..so in the mean time can you please burn to the ground so another BETTER plasma center can take your place….please and thank you.

Be careful they will not get your payment correct. You have to stay on top of that because they are incompetent and will screw up your money they are suppose to pay you. It happens a lot. I had to drive all the way back to the donation center for them to fix the problem.

Please don’t act weird or make any personal comments, Scott will say you’re crazy and defer you until you get a mental health assessment. I have seen homeless people donate here with body odors and have unusual behavior but they never got deferred. I think Scot has a personal issue with me.
