My husband and I had an appointment at 9 this morning at the Newark location. I knew it was a “mobile” one but I didn’t expect it to be in the back of a moving truck. We got there 1-2 mins early just to make sure we were on time but there was no one to greet us or get blood donation. We were waiting for a while, but didn’t want to waste anymore time on our Sat, so we left. Even when you want to give something precious for free and they sell it for a high profit, you still have to bend over backwards in US healthcare.

Tried to donate here and was left in a triage room alone for 30 min. As I walked out noticed all staff on their phones playing games. Would have liked to help but after waiting 45 minutes and still not through triage

It was okay you know I mean didn’t feel like it was really great I think the staff is a little bit depressed because of the covid-19 so kinda hard to get real happy in there but otherwise they do their job efficiently & well enough. What more can u ask 4 ?
