Both my daughters have brought their children to RRH in Geneseo, both said the receptionist and the nurse and the doctor were rude, not nice at all. The nurse’s name was Andrew. Get it together people or go back to Rochester!

I walked in and wasn’t even near the receptionist and she say’s “date of birth”…no hello, smile, nothing, and was treated that way the whole time I was there till when I left. I was only the third or fourth person that they dealt with this morning, so you would think they would have been a bit friendly to say the least. I understand it’s Sunday morning, but there’s no excuse for rudeness. The doctor was pretty much the same way. She never said hi, just came in and asked what was going on. I didn’t except “star” treatment at all, maybe a hello, a smile, and hope you’re feeling better soon, would have been nice. She did her job though, but didn’t seem to be enjoying it by any means. Way too early to start your day that way.

Very clean. I did not wait long to be seen at the Urgent Care unit. However, I did end up waiting around 35mins alone in the exam room for a rapid strep test result they said would take 15mins.

I must now find a new doctor because Dr Walter’s has been employed at this facility. I had him as a doctor for 2 years and he’s just a absolute horrible human being. I refuse to be seen somewhere that will employ people that are rude and completely lack compassion for their patients. I’m sure the complaints will pile up as time goes on. The man simply has no heart and really needs to think about some other occupation that doesn’t include interacting with humans of any kind. It’s devastating when you’ve been sick for years and only want help. My suggestions as to what could be wrong with me only angered him and were ignored despite later finding out I was actually right! A doctor that let’s his ego and pride get in the way of his duty to help people is not a doctor!

I have to get my bloodwork done every month and have always had good experiences at the RRH Lab. When I’ve had to wait, it has been no longer than 10 minutes. The lab technician is very experienced and kind, friendly, and helpful. In my opinion this is the best lab in Livingston County for the Rochester Regional Health Network. Thank you for your great service.

I am a senior and requested a butterfly because my veins are frail…the lab tech said that they had to take what they could get and proceeded to really blow my poor old vein out, maybe the lab could stock some butterflies for elderly and youth blood draws. ? Please ?
