Was going to donate today, but the staff was swamped so I ended up leaving. I could tell they were not in a good mood. They do not control scheduling so it isn’t their fault. This seems like an easy fix if NYBC would space out their reservations. I donated at this location a few years ago, but this time it was not a pleasant experience.

We donated blood on 30th Dec. The staff was swamped with work & very cranky. This time, blood donation, was an unpleasant experience for us. We were told to go to mall next time to give blood since those ppl aren’t swamped as much.

An average Blood Center. I didn’t like that they took walk ins before people who had an appointment. If I made an appointment it should be the walk in who should wait, not me. There people there were overall very nice and appreciative of my donation. In addition, they had good snacks.
