The two star rating is because the center was “mask optional” and very few staff were wearing masks during a time when the area was in a “high transmission” zone. Staff were pleasant and otherwise professional but I will not go back to a place that seemed to have such a low regard for public health.

Front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and has everything- waiting area,TV, water…etc. However, the interview staff is a bit unfriendly, I’m just simply have questions with first donation and the attitude is not welcome at all. If you want new people to join you, this is not a right way to treat your potential new donor.
