I have been coming to Research Blood Components for about two years. The entire staff has always been amazing. The office is always clean and the care that the staff always takes with participants is top notch. Ashley, Scott, Jeff and Mary are much appreciated. Thank you.

Very well organized. The place was easy to find and there was ample parking. Handicap-accessible, and the signs make it Simple maneuver once you’re inside. Once inside, the area is well spaced out. Very well maintained.. High, lofty ceilings and plenty of natural sunlight. front desk Administrator is very welcoming. The staff is very friendly and upbeat! They take phlebotomy very seriously; their technique from start-to-finish is amazing. You can tell the staff really, really enjoy what they do here by the way this team operates. They’re proper, precise and pleasant.

Such a great place to make donations! The staff is super nice and very responsible with their work. I once had the Red Cross come to my school for a blood drive and they were not careful with the needles and I ended up having a dark purple mark on my arm for 3 days, but with this place, they are very careful with their needles and they are even nice enough to want to get to know you and even use conversations to help distract from the needle pinching you. Once they finished taking the blood out of me, you could barely see any mark or bruising on my arm and they even are nice enough to let you relax in the chairs for as long as you need in case you feel dizzy but I surprisingly have never even felt remotely dizzy once they were finished. I now come here every 8 weeks and I always get treated like a beloved patient by the staff. This place deserves more customers!

I’ve done business with these guys for about 5 years. They’re good people, they have good attitudes, and provide excellent service. They are also cool to talk to. I highly recommend going in if your low on cash. They also test for hep c, hiv, and syphilis on your first visit for free.

I go to this place all the time. Donating blood turns out to be very healthy for the Donor. They pay me cash (no gift card bull) and are easy to get to and Donate. One star off because the amount they pay hasn’t changed in 20 years.
