I had a terrible experience. The staff was not happy and overworked. The nurse did not know how to find my veins she stuck the needle in my arm and then moved it around causing a bubble, blood came out and I have a huge bruise. They had a 2nd nurse try my other arm and she literally did the same thing. Missed my veins and moved the needle around causing a 2nd bruise. I have donated plasma many times and never had this happen. I am thinking the staff is mostly new people training and they don’t have a person watching them and helping them to properly do the procedure. I hope they get better trained staff in and in the future if someone is new they should have a trained worker looking over their shoulder till they have it down . I was the 3rd person in my row that did not get to fully donate due to improper needle sticks.

This location is seriously a joke! I’ve donated plasma for years and have never had the experience I just had with this location. Not only rude staff working the desk, you’re in customer service! If you can’t set whatever aside and actually provide “Customer Service” you definitely shouldn’t be in the health care field! Sitting down paying your phone more attention than your patients. Then I called to speak with a manager and the manager was even more rude! So it figures why the team is like that. This use to be my favorite location but it’s definitely died off badly! Obviously hiring anyone will run your location in the ground. So it explains why this location reviews are so bad. Just sad! Get it together! On top of that I had 3 new people I was bringing to donate and as soon as we walked in we were denied because it was 1pm! Your website or phone should say new donors have to arrive at 7am! Sad!

I went to the center and donated has I have for years the staff is pleasant but, on this occasion I was never paid I was told 30 minutes for the compensation to post on my card. I went home and has of 10pm I still haven’t received my compensation..I use the fund’s to pay certain bills. Has a result my phone has been turned off and I still have not received my funds…… Management is rude and impatient when I asked what was wrong. I was refused access to the restroom after my donation. I wouldn’t recommend this center to anyone…..

This place a joke was accepted as new donor taken too back where the tech proceeds to mess my vein on both arms preventing me from actually donating. They gave me 100 for my time only for me to return 4 times only too send me right back out door for understaffingeven after I show up at 7am when they open. Lie by saying when too return some thing when I do lying saying another nurse is coming if I could give 0 stars I would definitely not returning too this place then had me return in 2 hours for new donation only too deny me again

This place is ridiculous. I’ve called there for several days now, but every time is the same response “They’re not accepting new donors”. Today I called at 7: 20am and was told again they’re not accepting new donors. So they were open for a whole 20 minutes and still was not accepting new donors. I don’t know if you guys are really understaffed there or your whole staff is just lazy ♀️ but you can’t save lives if they are never accepting new donors ♀️

Been going here since 2016, since I started they had multiple workers, and all three donation bays were open. Now it’s 2023, they have limited workers, and it’s been so bad multiple workers have either left and put in their two weeks notice or have gone to different locations or different states, and because my kitchen caught on fire and they had to replace the wall and part of the ceiling, I had to live at a motel for a week and a half. They made me bring in proof that I’ve been living at MY HOUSE for 9 years, just to turn around and PERMANENTLY BAN me. If I could I would rate them 0 stars!!!

I’ve been going here for 3 years. I have read the other reviews. I’ve not had a bad experience here. The facility has been clean. The employees are always nice and remember me everytime. It gets busy, but isn’t that what you want? More people helping save lives. There are many incentives, with prize drawings, cash payouts, and friend referrals. Yes, bring a piece of mail that is in the envelope with i.d. with same address.

One person says one thing one “staff” member says another. Lazy looking people working there. I gave blood twice the next time I came then all the sudden I need a piece of mail in the envelope unopened. Why was I not told this the lst 2 times of donating? So are those who allowed me to donate previously being held accountable? Or everyone there makes there own set a rules bc they are upset they aren’t making but 12.00 on a Saturday? Horrible customer service, irrelevant things they are asking for, and someone needs to be held accountable. Yes I called corporate yes I called the 188 number on the people that are working at the Hillcrest location today. Not everybody goes in to give blood for the money I work at the Clermont county clerk of courts as a notary and best believe me ladies you will be held accountable for what you’ve done today. Not only to me but the five other individuals that were in front of me. Seem like the women there were jealous because all the men got to give blood but the five other women that were in line were told they needed this or they needed that or they needed an appointment. Never ever has anyone ever had to make an appointment there. Somebody’s a little bit jealous doesn’t need a supervisor position. Sorry your unemployment ran out honey and the pandemic’s over get you some customer service skills

The wait time here is insane, the donor bathroom is always disgusting, I’ve been called a “cracker” and nothing was done about it. The phone is always down so you can’t call. Other than that it’s great. Lol
