We specialize in the collection of protein-rich plasma from donors to help create life-saving therapies for patients with diseases, such as immune deficiencies, hemophilia, genetic emphysema, hepatitis, tetanus and rabies. We encourage donors to donate on a routine basis, and we compensate them for their time. As a Grifols plasma donor, your comfort and safety are our number one priority. After all, it’s your donations that make our life-changing medications possible. We look forward to your visit!

Yes this place is very unprofessional, if you need a receipt for your social security card, the receipt doesn’t not show your number and the lady try to argue with me about it when I got it done on my birthday

I am a long time donor their. At the beginning of my donations their about 3 year’s ago : the full donation time was 6-7 hours. That was frustrating and discouraging to return. Now I must say that the management has done a awesome job in listening too the donor’s concerns and taking action to resolve issues with great outcome. I am very proud of the staff etc… The center is very good at getting donor’s to the donor chairs fast. I spend about 1-2 hours their now. Awesome! They understood donor’s have things to do, then spend all day their. They have great promotions to earn extra money. They have changed extremely for the better of donor’s and staff etc… Great job by management and staff.

5 1/2 hours as a new donor! Are you kidding me. Either this place needs new or doesn’t have any management. When I told the tech how long I’d been there for, she replied with a snarky attitude saying “that’s what happens when you come late”. I got there at 230 in the afternoon, they close at 7pm, I would hardly call that late.

I’m a long time donor and I’ve been to every plasma location in Milwaukee for years but currently this is the worst place I’ve ever been to in terms of new donor throughput. Their own literature reads that you can expect 2-4 hours your first time. I’m sitting here after 4 hours waiting still to watch the video prior to the physical exam. There is one nurse and so I’ve seen 3 people make it to the chair in over 4 hours. Though they apologize, they could have been honest about the time commitment and saved a lot of people from wasting their entire day for $60

I agree with many of the reviews, all of them negative. This place is the WORST in terms of customer service and satisfaction, knowledge, and unprofessionalism. If I could give 0 or a “-star” I would. They don’t even deserve a “1”. They are in the habit of losing charts and their record keeping is in the stone age. When they finally do find the chart – IF they find it they may give you a measly amount like $5 or $10 for the 1-2 hours extra that you waited. In general, the wait time is usually about 1-1.5 hours – that’s BEFORE you even get in the chair, and then add another 1-1.5 hours before you are done. All this for $20 – it just is not worth it. They are extremely rude and could care less about you as a person. I’ve had to complain to management several times regarding an employees’ attitude (not that the managers even care). I will never go back there, but admittedly I have been a customer for some time (due to my desire to pay a bill or put food on the table) – 99% of the time the experience I’ve had with my visits have been extremely unpleasant. Because they are short staffed and no one wants to work there they recently devised a new appointment system (walk ins are no longer allowed unless there happens to be an open appt slot at that time). At first glance it seems like the answer to long waiting periods, and you’d think that you’d be seen at the appointed time, but that is not the case. You can expect to wait 1.5-2 hours before they even call your name. I will be seeking to supplement my income elsewhere.

I would not have a star after today 2020 never going back they don’t care about you and your health and benefits of donating they just want to stay open they should be shut down or new management after I donated today and didn’t receive what I was verbally told I was told to leave like I was nothing cause the manager James did not want to really help me only help them selves get donations that come from people like me. They can touch money but can’t help governor should be looking into this establishment and how money is handled feel like they are scamming after todays incident. And should change a lot.

I went to this center during their construction period and I have to say, the staff handled having a construction team going in and out and cranky donaters very well. One person kept complaining about the construction like it was the staff’s fault. They handled it well. They also had an issue with one woman who actually busted one of their new windows with a hammer. They made sure the other people in the room were safe and away from all broken glass. They quickly returned to work and kept everyone calm and quiet as to not make any more problems.

A friend of mine trying to pull his life together after being incarcerated was denied the opportunity to donate plasma at this place because he was on an electronic monitor. Why does he have to be denied the opportunity to earn a little bit of money to sustain himself. There is no way a monitor affects the quality of your plasma. This is just pure narrow mindedness. It is time we support people trying to pull their life together, not make up phoney rules to continue to make their life difficult.
