I must say my first time there was pleasant and surprisingly enjoyable the staff was really friendly and professional the facility was nice and clean it wasn’t crowded like most places. I highly recommend if you don’t want to deal crowds and unprofessional staff this is the place to come for great staff and clean facility. This place is constantly understaffed and unprepared. They never answer the phone. I’ve been up to this location 4 times and each time I was told to come back tomorrow because they weren’t taking any new donors. Mind you this is 4 times in a row and hours before they close. The staff is lazy and if they don’t feel like doing their job that day they won’t let you donate. I will not be coming back here and if you’re going to donate for this company do not come to this location.

Today is the second time I came here and I scaned in with the person I came with and they went right back I waited 30mins or more after them and we came the same time. Thats Twice this happened. The employees play to much for this to be a life saving place. Very unprofessional. Would Never! Recommend.

The first time I went I couldn’t donate because they needed a blood sample, the second time everything was great until I got in the chair the lady that stuck me was rude and I had to give another blood sample which was ok until the last time I decided to donate as a new donor again but the employee was professional and quick but when I got in the chair the needle went through my vein and they told me it will be fine but it still doesn’t feel fine.
