PlasmaCare is operated by Grifols. Grifols prides itself on donor safety, the safety of our plasma, and the difference we make together–in the lives of patients around the world, in our communities, and in the industry. We specialize in the collection of protein-rich plasma from donors to help create life-saving therapies for patients with diseases, such as immune deficiencies, hemophilia, genetic emphysema, hepatitis, tetanus and rabies. We encourage donors to donate on a routine basis, and we compensate them for their time. As a Grifols plasma donor, your comfort and safety are our number one priority. After all, it’s your donations that make our life-changing medications possible. We look forward to your visit!

I’m going to give you my honest opinion. I have zero idea what happened with grifols. Used to be a all around and open to all donors spot. These new machines are tricky now, you have to be more precise on your body meaning you have to pass vein requirements. Lady did a vein check and said Red. I’m like what does that mean. We got to the physical room, she put it in the system and got me differed for 6months. I’m like I donate elsewhere and this is new to me. Since that incident I was still able to donate elsewhere.

The reviews don’t do this center any justice. I was hesitant but I gave them a shot. I’ve donated other places. The Parma CSL was my favorite before going here but this center could definitely take their spot. They moved fast for the amount of donors inside. Much quicker than any other center I’ve visited. I did go early both times so maybe that’s the difference. The staff was friendly. The phlebotomists are great! I’ve had bruising at other centers (mild/around the stick site) but nothing like that here. The parking lot had some trash on the weekend but nothing major. The facility was clean. The location was fine. I’m a college educated, working professional…some comments are just ignorance. My only issue was the kiosk. The screens are unresponsive/delayed at times. This could ALL change in the future but I was pleased.

I walked in and the security guard was sitting at the front desk sleep snoring then I knocked on the desk he woke up looking around then looked at me and picked up his phone and started scrolling. So I asked if he was going to help me and that’s when he responded he was just the security guard and went back to scrolling on his phone. He finally stopped and started yelling for someone to come to the front to assist me. The staff is all standing around talking or just standing looking around.

One of the better payout plasma centers. The staff are generally nice and do their job well. I personally haven’t had any problems with the I.V. process and the phlebotomists have been generally nice workers.

I like when I can go in and it’s not so crowded and get out in time for work. And the staff that assisted me are friendly and I like that

Clean, friendly staff. I know there have been complaints but there has to be some understanding given to the employees. This job is often thankless and the only time people interact with them is to yell at them. If you show them respect, they will do the same.

I came up there with a friend on Sunday at 3:00pm and saw about a dozen people waiting outside the main entrance to donate. Some people have been waiting outside since 2:30pm. The supervisor came out at 4:15pm to tell everyone that they were understaffed because it is fathers day and the fathers took the day off. Its like 3 dudes that work there with a majority female staff She also said that it’s no use complaining to the regional manager because he doesn’t care about any of our concerns. In the past if we couldn’t donate because they closed early we would be compensated but they don’t do that anymore. In the end no one waiting could donate and we left with nothing and told to come back another day.

place is FILTHY!!! parking lot has lots of trash. i coounted 6 bandages that are used to hold gauze after donating just from walking from car to front door. bathroom smells like urine sooo bad its unbearable. they cut their hours from 7 days to 4 days a week 9-6 got new machines but only have enough for every other bed so not only filthy but they cut their business in half from what they used to have its sooo busy here now i waited 6hrs from time i walked in til finished donating. woow sooo conveinent to the donor to sit in your center for 6 hrs…please change… clean up too because if you can’t keep a bathroom or parking lot cleaning how’s the rest of the place going to stay clean

Slow, and very unprofessional. Management is unprofessional and rude. I have nothing good to say about this place. I’m definitely going to another center to donate. I donated on Monday got here at 2:50pm I didn’t leave until 7:00 smh that’s unacceptable management leaves the employees in situations no guidance no direction. The issue starts with leadership.
