Cool place when trying to get extra money but unfortunately some of the phlebotomists need to go back to school. Each experience is different for me depending on who sticks me the first time I had a woman by the name of Kim stick me incorrectly and punctured a vein I was unable to complete my donation because she said my blood was to thick which I’ve never had any issues in the past left that day and had extreme bruising at the puncture site when I returned two days later I requested a new lady to stick me and had no problems the only issue I’ve been running into lately is the ladies snatching the needle from my arm once I’m done which causes me to bleed out roughly 4 hours after leaving the facility. I’ve never had this issue at any other plasma place but get here and have multiple issues.

Staff is very friendly. Facility is clean. The check-in process has been improved and is much faster now. They seem to be busy all the time now, so wait times are longer than usual.

I love the idea that they have the passport program and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it might take a few hours but they are willing to give you some advice about donating.

A good company to help out and make yourself some quick cash. Worst place because of the service. They talk too much to each other when supposed to be working, they ignore or respond disrespectfully to customers as if we’re a bother to them. I’ve been here for over 6 hours and know it’s not worth it at all. Unprofessionalizm on many levels and no one seems to take responsibility for their actions when being called out on the b.s. I would suggest this place to anyone hopefully in the near future they’ll have their stuff together to succeed!

Im trying to find out how I can report the nurse staff here these women are mental and try and make you feel crazy. They are falsely and criminally misdiagnosing folks without consulting with your primary care dr. I was told I had kidney failure I knew it was a lie. They had went n got my family history and said it was me. Went as far as to saying I had heart problems In the end it was all thrown right back in their face it was proven I had none of that and it was also proven that they discussed my medical history which is a violation of my privacy. Twanna Williams is the nurse mainly and her boss Tonya they are sociopath’s in the medical field your life is in danger the little money aint worth your sanity far as Im concerned they all should be brought before the board and fired its disgusting what they are doing

Some of their phlebotomists don’t know what they’re doing. And you get punished for it because you don’t get paid for an incomplete donation. I was stuck and readjusted 3 times by the same girl. She then had someone else try. It became painful so I told them I wanted to leave. The next time I went, they had signs up saying you won’t get paid for an incomplete donation. Had she stuck me right the first time, I would’ve donated the full amount of plasma with no problem. Certain phlebotomists I never had issues with and certain ones I always did

I’m going to tell you why I gave them 3 stars. Because everything I’ve read, the ONLY tattoo policy I see is that you can’t have gotten a new tattoo or piercing within a year. Or something a long those lines. There is no maximum limit on tattoos. Esp tattoos you can see are YEARS old. probably by 10-12 years. Then we over heard them telling someone they were low on funds. So we’re limiting donors based on that fact.. then fine.. but SAY THAT. Don’t have someone wait 2 hours and do every other step just tell them they have too many tattoos that you could see when they walked in the door. And their system is always going down which is not their fault but whoever owns PBS needs to get them equipment that works properly.
