If your wait time, WITH AN APPOINTMENT is longer than 45 minutes….. you should get a bonus.

Man I’ve been here to donate three times and they have screwed me over twice out of the 4 times I’ve been here giving me excuses as to why I can’t donate twice and I drive all the way from Greeneville. Like you think for someone who wants to save lives they would actually get more people to donate but send more people out the door than they do in. And don’t offer any compensation for your loss that day. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone at this point.

Super friendly staff. Very patient staff. Amazing experience overall. I’ve donated at other centers before, this one is really great compared to other ones, overall. Donating plasma is great way to be able to give back to others, gives me something to do 2x a week that passive and is rather quiet and relaxing, and you’re surrounded by friendly, professional people. I would absolutely recommend checking them out. *Note: Like any business they do get busy. If they get very busy and the customers exceed the demands of staffing, you can expect some extended wait times, I would bring a book or some headphones, that always passes the time in some super productive ways. ☺️

I love the staff and everyone is awesome only wish we could get more bonuses or regular payout. Only other thing is that yall made a complete mess of the appointment only deal. It was going good but it’s now a complete mess. Guess that is what greed gets you.

I have donated 3 times and haven’t seen anything negative like the other reviews has stated, yet. We obviously live in a popcorn generation that people think everything should be instant to them. It’s pretty clear that we will have to wait a bit to donate… that’s just a part of it. It’s just according to how many people of in front of you. It’s a process, remember that. So, the money hits 30 minutes after you donate? Seriously, be grateful that you are getting money.

Eb at pbs needs to be somewhere away from veins before she pumps someone full of air. She messed my arm up horribly and the mistake she made could’ve ended a life that day or any day.. Everything else is awesome, and aware if every move they make..

Well since Grifols has taken over Plasma Biological Services.. it has been a S#@$ show.. wait times have increased significantly as the months go on from what was an in and out hour to hour and a half to now a 2 to 3 hours turn around time. It started off good with appointments being made which kept the original times closer to what it was before they took over operations of this location but as it was quickly thrown aside and forgotten and now it is back to the same wait times we had at their previous location in J.C.the reason most of us stopped going to their tree street location for a better experience down the road a couple of blocks at PBS. I have spoken with many donors at this location since the owner change and no-one is happy about these new longer wait times. Bring back the appointments please.. I came in here at 2:30pm it is now 3:30 and they have called 2 people back since I got screened and sat down which was 45 mins ago with still 12 people ahead of me. This is completely unacceptable. This donation center ran quickly and smoothly before Grifols bought it out. These wait times are the reason most of us stopped going to The original Grifols location in J.C. Not worth the time for the money now. Anyone who reads this and agrees with me should speak up also.. share your experience with Grifols. You would think when they kept losing donors to another center they would correct their path but alas they have learned nothing from their previous location.

This was my 4th time donating. The man told me I’d get $125 but when I got done and left there was $0 on my card! I went back and told a worker thinking she’d give me what they owed me but she couldn’t be less interested. I spent about 2 1/2 hours in there and left with NOTHING.

Appointments are pointless as it stands currently. They take walk-ins before them, and I know cause one of the employees told me. Can take upwards of an hour to get paid, as well. If you guys are gonna close down a center, why don’t you take some of that funding and hire more employees to help with the extra load? It’s not rocket science.
