I had a great visit here. I love that the staff is trained and know how to stick. There was no ratchet conversation between the staff. Just very professional friendly behavior. Several of the staff members asked when passing by if I needed anything, that’s awesome. Also the facilities including the restrooms was in great shape. Thank you all for being awesome. You guy’s deserve the recognition.

I donate here every Monday and Friday. All of the staff are incredibly sweet and helpful and I honestly look forward to my appointments just because of how awesome they are. They do a great job at getting you in and out quickly, answering any and all questions you have, answering the phone, and getting your payments to you right after the appointment. My only suggestion would be to bring a light jacket or maybe a small blanket as it does tend to be a bit on the chilly side in there.

Called at about 4 to see what time they stop accepting new donors for the night and I was told 6. I drove almost the hour here, got here at 5:30. Didn’t have a mask and they don’t offer them (I found one in my car). Went back in and was informed that they stop taking new patients at 5. Wth I literally called and asked for this reason. Have donated here before and it was fine. However I will not be coming back now. Communication is key people.

This place is a MESS!! They are continuing to change their hours every couple of weeks so the time down is shorter & shorter. Supposed to open at 11:30 they come and say “maybe another hour” whoever is in charge of this location need to be REPLACED immediately. Or just shut the location down. Most unprofessional, slowest, unpredictable center around. Go to octapharma , I never have issues with them

This center, upon two different phone calls claimed they accept walk INS all the way to 6:59 pm. I got there at 6:55 and was even told that was okay. Doors were already locked, and the front desk lady just stared at me. I understand it’s not cool to show up that close to closing, but that’s why I called twice to be sure it was okay. I work an hour away and got off at 6. This is how I make ends meet while working two jobs. Don’t tell someone one thing, and then go back on it because you’re too lazy to accept the walk in you said could show up. Pure laziness, and not worthwhile.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I and my friends decided to donate and have never donated before. The first time we went, it was before work and we were told it would be about 2 hours per person because of being short staffed. We understood that and was like we’ll come back on the weekend. Well we came back and the Dr person came out and was like I’m the only one so it’s going to be 2-4 hours per person so be prepared for this to be an all day thing, so we were like ok. Well , the Dr looked at us and asked if we ate a high protein meal , which is the first time we’ve heard this but it’s a good thing we did, so when the first person went back they were doing his physical then he came out like 30 min later and said we couldn’t do it. We were all like why. He said that we were suppose to drink like a gallon and half of water the day before and we were never told that at all . So we won’t be back at all due to wasting 2 days trying to do this. The staff isn’t very helpful in giving the information you need to donate.

Worst staff, unprofessional, rude, impatient people. I tried going three different times and each time they had a different excuse for why I wasn’t allowed to donate. I was a new donors and they kept turning me away. Thankfully there are others out there that accept new donors during all times of the day unlike this hell whole of a company. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a crack head, that how bad they are. I hope their corporate office sees this review. I had a buddy that went their 4 times and each time he donated, they either couldn’t get the needle in, blew the vein out, or left his arm bruised. Found that out after I decided to find somewhere else to donate. Replace your staff and get trained staff!

Well, I won’t be back. I had pneumonia last month and didn’t know I couldn’t donate until a certain time had passed. They told me to wait until 9-28-2021 and then come back because I had been on antibiotic, they said nothing about me having pneumonia would prevent me from donating for over a month.

The girls are very rude and unprofessional. The floor supervisor has extremely long hair pass her shoulder. She plays in her hair with gloves on causing the glove and needle to be contaminated. When ask for a manager other then the supervisor I was informed that no manager was in. Then when the supervisor said she got to find a way to get me deferred she then got the manager.

I worked here. Had a few donors and complain about the supervisor making them feel uncomfortable. He also made myself and some of the staff uncomfortable with sexual gestures and the way he spoke to ppl. Sexual harassment… They demoted him and found every way to terminate me.. finally 2weeks after the complaint, they fired me. The supervisor, who is a regular employee now, still has his job. No leadership, bad trainers, high turnover rate. Not a good place for employment! No stars..
