The employees here are great but horribly overworked. I’ve been going here on and off for about 7 years and it’s been a steady decline over that time. It’s been particularly bad since they were purchased by a new company.

I have donated for years at this Plasma Center followed them actually from their old location but now that Griffols has taken over it has gone down hill! The pay before was $140.00 for 2 donations per week and now it’s $120.00! They say to make an appointment and it will be faster! No true!! I make an appointment everytime and everytime I’m there between 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hrs. That’s ridiculous?!!!!!! I’m not the only one either! Everyone talks and it’s all the same! This place sucks! If the owner wasn’t so Money Hungry things would be a lot better! Wake up and realize if you offered more money to employees then you would have employees!!! And a lot more customers!!

IT TAKES 4+ HOURS TO DONATE NOW BECAUSE OF UNDERSTAFFING. Used to donate within an hour to an hour and a half. This is the worst donation center I ever encountered. Since Grifols has taken over, most of the staff from years ago have quit including the site managers. Poor attitudes and complaints is all I hear now from the staff. The staff cut corners and doesn’t follow procedures sometimes. Their haphazard non logistical flow on the donation floor is so time consuming and frustrating. It’s people running around in confusion, ignoring of machines beeping because of issues, un-precise needle sticks, cleanliness lacking with stuff all over the floor (slip hazards), not processing people in the order they arrived when you make us schedule a time (stop mixing up the folders people), and not disconnecting people in order. They should have associates dedicated to specific task like one person sets up the machines, two people stick, one for machine issues/ adjustments, and two people for disconnects. I’m absolutely done with donating plasma here. It’s just not worth it anymore. Pays horrible and you’re there all day to donate. Waited an hour to receive my last payment after I finished donating. Thanks Grifols for ruining our place that used to be amazing. This place will be closed in no time.

This place is for the desperate. The money used to be ok for getting extra, but now it’s almost not worth it. They take forever to get you through even if you have finished your questions ahead of time. The pay is mediocre at best. First visit $40 and second for the week goes up to $100. They are so short staffed it is ridiculous and half the people there don’t pull their weight. I hope their management reads this and figures out how to fix the situation. They need to bring back the bonuses and they need to give incentives for their workers to actually work and stay, and bring more people in. Good for the desperate, but once you’re out of the financial hole it ain’t worth the time.

I have enjoyed donating plasma here. The employees are friendly, professional and changed over to the new system remarkably fast. I enjoy donating to help others and I am glad I found this center, and will continue to come here as long as possible.

Grifols is awful and they have turned this place into a dumpster fire. Some of the staff are very rude and need an attitude check

They’re short staffed like everywhere right now so the wait time for new donors and active donors is long.

Love this place, I’ve been going for years! The staff is always friendly and do their best to make you as comfortable as you can. Right now due to Covid they have safety procedures in place (Only 6 allowed in the waiting room, first time donors must make appointments, less beds available as they are using every other one to help social distancing, masks must be worn). I love that they’re doing what they can to protect their staff and customers.
