I had a very pleasant experience. I went for a first time donation. The staff was wonderful! Very thorough when explaining the process to me. And they were happy to answer all of my questions (there were a lot). I saw them thoroughly cleaning everything multiple times. I’ll definitely be back to donate again.

Don’t waste your time. They let you get halfway thru the process than disqualify you for using an inhaler. Wouldn’t be a big deal if you don’t waste all that time filling paperwork out just to be turned away, including activating their prepaid card.
