Always a pleasant experience everytime I go with quick and smooth service. The staff is pleasant and friendly, shoutout to one of the best employees Mckenzie doing an A1 job out on floor . If your interested in going I recommend you to come along for the ride, definitely worth the trip.

All the staff did here on my last visit was complain about how poorly this place was managed. They can’t keep techs here so they are constantly pulling from other locations. The last 3 times I went I did not have very good experiences. I will not be going back.

The first session is pretty long but the app warns you about that before you get there. The staff is so friendly and professional. Very clean. And they get in you and out and quickly as they can. Wish the base pay was a little higher since I drive from Ennis but I will keep coming back for the staff.

Spent more in gas getting there than I have gotten paid I have been I think 6 times but only 2 payments and yes, everytime I have been there 3 hours or longer. I think I’m done. Staff is nice.

Had a family member try to donate first time and had an honest mess up about the rules. The next time about a week and a half later they go back and had another honest mistake about the rules. They dont care, they permanently deferred them and they now cannot go back to donate even though it was an honest mistake. My advice to customers of this facility is to make sure your on your Ps and Qs or else they’ll give you a hard time. My advice to the facility is if an honest mistake occurs, yall should just defer people for a shorter amount of time instead of a permanent deferral. I will tell everyone I know to beware of this place and the unfriendly staff. My family member was polite with yall and sincerely apologized. Never coming here again.

Pay is way too low! I get $100 for the first 8 visits where I go now and another place is $100 for the first 2 then $90 for remaining 5 then $65 everyone after that

I love this plasma donation center! The staff are all incredibly friendly, and they really do get you in and out as fast as they can without rushing through the procedure. I plan to donate twice a week for as long as I can!
