i’ve been here 3 times. the 1st time they couldn’t get the needle in my vein & i ended up with a huge bruise. the 2nd time i went i asked if i would be able to donate with a tattoo and i was told “it shouldn’t affect the plasma”. then today i go in and the guy said “you have to wait 6 months for to donate with a fresh tattoo” and also the lady asked me if i get confused with a male because of my name. i have been upset after each visit, and i will most definitely not go back.

Rude staff!.. went to donate and the larger male who did my physical kept asking questions about a car wreck I had in 2020 that my cousin died in. I said I blacked out during the wreck he kept asking if I passed out and honestly I don’t remember but what does that have to do with donating blood I’ve never been given a reason period. The only donation center that is even close enough for me to go to!. I won’t refer anyone to this place I’d actually tell them to avoid at all costs which is the advice I have already given to every person who mentioned it around me!. Do better!. I offered to have my primary care physician call and give my full medical records but that’s apparently not good enough!. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!….

Super clean and everyone is so very nice. Very professional and once you get through the initial questions and physical the donation take very little time and is painless. I encourage anyone who can go donate to do so. Other than just the money you would be helping so many with your plasma donation.

The regional manager has started that service dogs are not welcome . Her Name is Garcia Elwood. I am a disabled veteran. I have been coming here since they opened.my service dog goes everywhere with me .she has been staying in the car but she goes with to the hospital and doctor appointment .it is not posted anywhere on the building or on their web site staying that service animal or not aloud. I will give it a one because the ladies that draw your plasma are great.

Out of all the places I have gone to donate this one is by far the cleanest which is a big factor for me. The staff is always so happy and you always feel welcomed and comfortable. If you don’t live close it is definitely worth the drive.
