My husband just walked over hour again. Just to be told there was another glitch that’s cancelling appointments again. He checked he’s app before leaving and it still said he had a appointment. And they didn’t even let him donate. I feel if there’s a glitch you should still donate because it’s not our fault. Advise call before your appointment. To make sure. *UPDATE* 09/12/2023 THEY ONCE AGAIN CANCELLED MY HUSBANDS APPOINTMENT DUE TO BEING SHORT STAFFED. ME AND MY HUSBAND BELIEVE THEY HAVE OPENED TO SOON. WHY LET US MAKE A APPOINTMENT IF YOU KEEP CANCELLING THEM.

Every time I try and schedule it never lets me schedule my two per week everything is always full or closed so you get no incentives.You pay 30 and yes It’s to help people but some are doing it for extra money and I’m sorry but for some 30 isn’t enough for some to have to go through all that for 30 dollars or people take off work to donate and Lose money this system is way messed up.You can drive to Evansville and donate and make more even with paying for gas.I know u can build up to make extra but you can never get bookings so this place is gonna slowly trickle away just like most things in this town!!You have to pay more and figure something out with booking problems so people can get incentives and bonuses but for 30 to go through all that u go through is gonna push people away!!I know it’s a great cause but some people only see it as a money thing,I know it saves lives.When u are making 30 to go in there takes u over an hour have to go through all the stuff it’s not worth it!!The staff u have are great and I have talked to a couple of them and they told me that it’s all ready falling off of people u guys need to do more and figure out how u can get scheduling to make incentives!!I sit here and went through every day and told me no opening and of course won’t let u make bookings ahead so u can get your appointments so when u can nothing is available so u lose your incentives poor way to run this!!I hope things change because I know it does help people but I have talked to a few and they can donate and make twice as much and still make more with paying for their gas.I know a long memo but just saying things need to change making people think they are making 60+ the way it looks on the app then when u get done you have made 30-34 dollars thinking u was making 60+ Its false the way u guys put it on the app.Yes I know u make more for your first 2 visits but what is really funny is it was put on their account just like it would be any other time to make it look like u was making the 60something so it fools people then when they think they have made more when then they really arent This little town isn’t all that great so for people to try and make a few extra dollars in this town is being deceived by your ad and to go through all that u have to!!!!Yes I am a donor for blood because mine can be used for all people so I do donate for free when we have donations in town but like I said some do it for the money and it’s deceiving!!Believe me I’m all for helping others and donating whenever possible,All Lives Mater❤️
