I was very warm walking by the staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable. They use me example. They also had a very good communication skills. They were on time they were very clean. They were very precise. They were very knowledgeable executing the process, letting the patient know everything in and out in the present cons of donating. Also they let you know what the side effects and the rest are and how great you are at saving lives and also they are very gray on making sure that they didn’t stick me too hard they let me know whenever my return was gonna be complete. They let me know what I should do before and after and the staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable on letting me know anything that I had questions about.

I visited a few weeks ago for my second visit. Everything was great up until I was on the donation floor where once again I had to deal with Makayla and her rude attitude and sly comments. She has previously complained about my small veins. During the initial vein check on my first visit, she came up to the desk huffy and puffy as they asked for her to feel. Everyone else felt a vein but she continued to stand there and say “nope” over and over again before walking away. Once I was on the donation floor she went up to me and called for someone else to do it right away saying she didn’t want to. That person had zero issue sticking me. Second time came around and I could instantly tell she was upset. She looked at my arm, said i was dehydrated. I mentioned that i just have deep veins and can’t be since i religiously drink over 1 gal of water per day. She did eventually find one then called another worker over that told her to ask the male employee for help (I’m assuming a supervisor of some sort). She seemed worried and said NO. When that other employee walked away she stuck me and within seconds retracted the needle. No blood pressure cuff was used, no squeeze ball. Didnt even move around the needle and try. She made a comment under her breath that she only sees veins like mine in drug users or heavy alcoholics. Which is a serious accusation in my eyes.. I’m just a full time parent trying to get extra cash to make ends meet by doing a good deed at the same time. After a few unnecessary words, She called him over, said she stuck me and couldnt find a vein and asked if she should just send me out. The supervisor then gave me a few papers and told me I was dehydrated and sent me on my way out of the door. If you do choose to visit here PLEASE refuse service from Makayla.

I got to say that Ally, Pam and Mindy just so amazing!! Everytime I go to donate I look forward to seeing them and I referred several people to ask for pam to check them in and if they’ve got questions I tell them to take to Mindy and the phlebotomist I tell them Ally they always make me feel more then comfortable they are honestly the Best…

Parachute Plasma is certainly a positive addition to Enid, Ok! They offer an opportunity to make several thousand extra dollars a year. At times it could be a timely process but as any new servicebusiness. You can literally pay your NICE car payment by going in for 10-15 hours a month! Glad to have you in Enid Parachute!

I’d give zero stars if had a chance . Everytime I’m in there someone gets stuck wrong. Not stuck right. Machines are broke or not set up right. Place need to understand to get better employees who can do there job right and not mess people and there body’s up cuz they are careless

The crew is nice and they’ll joke around and chit chat while your donating. Most times I’m in and out in an hour and a half. It’s nice and clean in there and they all seem to know what they’re doing. Will continue to donate!

They were really rude and humiliated me over some “body odor” after I spent a bunch of time filling out registration and the questionnaire to donate. Probably won’t come back. They forced me to leave as I was bawling my eyes out after getting the keys to my car from my fiance
