My husband and I donated blood today (Sam’s PSL) and the gentleman checking us in was great. However, the lady that did our donation was the rudest, most unfriendly person and couldn’t even be bothered to say “thank you” we have never experienced this kind of behavior in the past from any One Blood bus.

My husband has to give blood once a month due to his iron levels. When we talk about his day he states, ” he loves this place, loving going there, they are great and do a awesome job. Today was only Pearl and Patricia and they did an tremendous job.

Last time I went, there was a girl who seemed very uneasy about drawing my blood, I wasent to worried cause you can see my veins from China and no one has ever missed. In this case, she stuck the needle in at a blunt angle instead of flat, and continued to fish around in there when she didn’t hit the vein. If you don’t hit the vein by going straight in and straight out then you move to a different spot. Anyways she missed my vein and therefore my arm started filling with blood and no one noticed until I finally said something. Not sure if I’ll ever go back to donate blood here. Not a fun experience….

All the technicians are great. The location, not so much. Their policies are not very helpful and they have raised their fees for services in my case from $30 to $50! Wow. Just go somewhere else.
