Donated here several times, with one exception no one smiles. Very little interest in clients, didn’t get my reward, but I don’t real care about. Never ask if I want to set my next appointment. No one seems to like their jobs there. I going to try the Clermont office next, it’s a longer drive but I’m not happy at the Leesburg to depressing.

We regularly donate at the Big Red Bus in Leesburg and the staff never fails to make the entire process a pleasure. It is so convenient that the Big Red Bus is often parked at the Leesburg Walmart. Even if you don’t have an appointment, you can pop in and donate at a time that works for you.

I donated at one Blood at the North Blvd location , I was very disappointed at the staff. I donated blood & it too them an hour and 45 minutes before I could leave . I think the staff needs more training,I will. not ever donate here again…
