You would think because of the Orlando terror attacks, they would be needing more blood than usual, I made an appointment for today at 6:15pm. I arrive and notice there is no signs or bus there. I call the RECRUITER and she tells me they cancelled it. I then asked her why wasn’t I notified and she tells me she sent emails out. We’ll obviously not to everyone because the only email I received today was my confirmation email. Unbelievable. I will NOT be donating blood now. Guess they won’t be needing my O negative blood.

I go to this Donor Center to donate platelets.You can donate whole blood and platelets here. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I’ve seen them go out of their way to take care of those who come in and donate.
