I’ve been to this location 3 times (donated blood 2x) but each time the staff have been exceptional. They’ve all been so nice and friendly, and made what has felt like a scary experience for me feel totally doable. They do a great job of making you feel safe, taken care of, and make it lighthearted. I’ll absolutely go back.

I’ve had some great experiences here. The techs that draw blood are almost always amazing. But as of late it’s been taking longer and longer to get in and out. For a donation center that only opens during business hours, the front clerk takes way too long. I only have an hour break from work and can’t do it anymore, at least at this office. Wish that weren’t the case.

Super clean and overall a fine experience. U was disappointed that my pulse was “too low” to donate but not worrisome enough to warrant a doctor call … but policy says they can’t recheck that but when my wife was in they could recheck her iron when that was too low. It just seems inconsistent.
