Micro Weeks
I have been going here for two years. I started after a manager, Jessica, went above and beyond to help me. She recently got promoted and customer service is now GONE. After hours of them not answering the phone I drove there. Waited 30 min. to be told me prescription had to be redone even though it is a standing order. Left, called the doctor and Oneblood should have sent the request. Looking for a new office. Save yourself some trouble and do not go here

This is not my first appointment to this location. They schedule 5 people at the same appointment time and take walk ins. I have sat in this location for up to three hours to give blood. I medically have to do this for improved health otherwise I would not tolerate this complete disrespect. The staff is not the issue they are doing the best they can. The people in charge of scheduling need to re-examine their process because it is broken.

During these trying times of the pandemic I always feel safe when giving blood at the donation center. The staff is always friendly and helpful not to mention efficient. Cree greeted me and took my vitals always being friendly and reassuring. Jessica H was awesome, barely felt that needle go in! All the workers couldn’t have been nicer or more appreciative for my donation. I recommend, if you’re feeling healthy, do your part, donate today, it just might help to save a life!

Great group of very helpful, friendly folks at this Palm Harbor location. Liz was so sweet and sincere, very gentle and communicative.. The facility is well lite, spotless and the group works well in the team environment. No one person on staff walked by without offering their help. I’ll be donating every 3 months at this location from now on.

I have been donating at this center since it opened. I am always happy to go there, the whole staff is always nice and helpful. I am a platelet donor and always find the center very clean and a nice place to go. Andrea who has taken over for Pam has done a wonderful job running this center. There are only a few people on the staff who can stick my arm and she is one of them. If I need to make an appointment or change one the staff is wonderful to help me. Even if sometimes I want to come in early, I call and ask if its possible for them to take me. Its like family there for sure.
