I had one of the BEST experiences ever donating blood. I went to the Village Lakes Shopping Center with Charlene and Julio and they definitely make me want to come back to donate. Their customer service from the time I stepped on the bus, to checking in and vitals, to donating and stepping off was outstanding. They treated me like a queen and made me feel good. When I left there, I knew I chose the right bus to donate on. From now on they will be my personal Phlebotomists when I donate. High five to both of you. ️

Everyone here is fantastic! I go every 8 weeks, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is genuinely caring and compassionate, and even when they are training new people, everyone is very considerate to ensure that you don’t become a human pincushion.

I just had an EXCELLENT experience for my first time donating! Julietta (Julio) and Joy were so kind and made the process easy and painless! Julio was the best needle sticker! They even gave me a cute bow on my bandage just for fun!

I almost passed out, but the nurses took such rapid and excellent care of me! Got some ice packs and juice, and I was all good I’ve never had such friendly staff at a donation center! MAKE SURE YOU EAT BEFORE YOU DONATE!!!

This center will allow you to donate blood but if you need a unit of blood removed by doctor’s order, they won’t do it unless the order is filled out to their specifications. Makes no sense. So, they refused to act in a valid doctor’s order. That will get reported to the state.
