I had a 9am appointment. Colton greeted me right away. I did have to wait a while before being called back. Mark knew that being cold would effect the machines ability to read my iron levels and took extra time to ensure I could donate and make sure everything worked out. Nice clean center!

The Block
My experience here started with me standing at the entrance of the building, for approximately 15 minutes, while having 5 different “employees” acknowledge that I was there and not even attempt to aid me in any way, shape, or form. I saw multiple people just standing around while I waited for my temperature to be checked. This is absolutely pathetic customer service for someone who is here to donate blood. Clearly whoever is training people has utterly failed everyone in this clinic. The fact I had time to write this entire review prior to even being checked in is atrocious.

I moved back to Florida January 2022 to be with a sick family member. I applied for their phlebotomy position, got an interview. Once they realized I wasn’t in town yet, they asked me to reapply once I got here. (No big deal, so I thought) I exceed their expectations and requirements as a phlebotomist but they don’t even entertain my application. Says “oh we have chose to go with different candidates.” Yet they have a phlebotomy add on indeed every week. Glad I never worked for this company.

Mark has been my phlebotomist the past two times I’ve donated platelets. He and everyone else there is super nice and made me feel comfortable while donating. Can’t wait to donate again!!

The utmost care and professionalism will be your experience here. My wife and I give every 56 days and still have antibodies against Covid-19 a year after recovering from it. It makes you feel great to give the gift of life and be shown appreciation for your good deed. We highly recommend you go and give of your time and your much needed blood to save a life!

Kristi is rude and miserable worst experience ever! Especially for my first time donating blood! Never thought I’d be treated like this. Caring and kindness is needed for this job not nasty rude behavior. If she was having a bad day I would understand. But she’s not she’s just rude!!! Never get her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I’m also calling to let the office know!!

There is a recurring problem with the question & answer software on the ipads provided prior to blood donation. Donated blood today and had to answer questions with attendant after three tries using two different ipads. Problem: after answering about half the questions, the device loops back to the beginning of questions. This same problem occurred when I donated in January and November of 2020. Two other donators had same issue with me in January. Extremely frustrating and a large waste of time.
