The staff are always so welcoming, gracious and proficient. I usually walk-in and they do their best to accommodate me. Shannon made a pretty bow out of the medical tape they use on your arm after you donate!

They are all very kind and caring people. Beverly took care of me in my last visit and she was wonderful. My visit didn’t take long and she was very friendly and supportive to my needs. I’ve been going to OneBlood now for 6 years since I’ve learned about it from my mom transfusion. I give regularly and they give awesome rewards too. They treat you kindly respectful and when answering questions on tablet it’s private. Their lab and bus both are very comfortable and i like the snacks too

The lady who checked me in at the front was extremely rude, she proceeded to take my temperature which was 99.6……my car has no AC. And it’s 90 degrees outside I’m going to be a little hot which I tried to explain to her but she told me I can’t be in the building and pretty much kicked me out. A fever is anything above 100.4 I’ve been in direct sunlight and florida heat for 30 minutes it’s perfectly normal for my temperature to be a little high. I won’t be returning to this establishment, because this one lady was extremely rude and has half a brain.

My daughter and I regularly donate at this OneBlood location. Everyone is always very friendly. Beverly and Angie are both fantastic! Beverly was my daughter’s phlebotomist on her very first donation. She made sure my daughter understood everything that was going to happen and helped calm her nerves. From the initial intake, through the needle stick to the information before leaving; both Beverly and Angie are very knowledgeable and personable. Make an appointment or drop by to donate!

I decided to donate blood so I went to my local one blood, the office staff was very friendly and happy to take my donation. they got me through the check in very quickly and then Beverly took over, Beverly was a dream, very easy to talk to and made my visit smooth. she took my blood like a pro and kept me at ease the entire time, I will definitely donate here again.

I gave platelets this afternoon for the first time in a few months. I was so glad to be back in there. You could not ask for a better group of professionals than those ladies working in there. They make you feel very comfortable and for any new donors they make it easy.
