My first time donating so I was a little nervous. Casey made me feel comfortable and relaxed not mention that I have never had anyone draw blood from me so painlessly. She was super nice and made the whole experience actually enjoyable. Thank you Casey!

I gave blood last week and I was told I could have a plasmapheresis today so I drove all the way to the please 6.9 miles away. Singer said sorry you still have a mark on your arm were you donated last week and we can’t do it yet. That was a wasted trip. You should tell people that they can’t donate if they have a mark on their arm showing a bruise. I will try Tyrone Square, next time when Bruce goes down

I’ve been donating blood for over 10 years and this location pretty consistently ranks as the least pleasant location that I’ve been to. This particular location I’ve been to 6 times and it’s basically a 50/50 chance of whether it will be a timely encounter. I always make an appointment; sometimes it goes smoothly. However, I often have to wait 45+ minutes before they are ready to see me. It’s a bummer, because it leaves a bad taste and makes me want to just stop donating altogether.

Today was my first day donating platelets. I walked in not know what to expect because I’ve only ever donated on a bus and I only knew what they told me over the phone. I was greeted with a smile and they made the process very smooth. Valerie made the experience fantastic. She did everything she could to make me comfortable for the 2 hours and talked me through the whole process, even when I was finished she showed me how the process worked! I will be going back to see Valerie and Christine.

I give blood once every 30-45 days at this OneBlood center. Each time I’m greeted with a professional and happy staff. I’ve never had to wait an unreasonable length of time, the staff is professional and move donor guests through promptly. I’ve had excellent treatment and attention to detail from both Cristina and Vallery. Diligent care is always taken to document and classify the blood samples, after all this is part of our blood supply for emergencies, you or I might need it tomorrow and I want to know it came from an vetted source. Keep up the great work.

The entire staff is wonderful (especially Cristina, Valerie, and Gaston)! They really make you feel special and treat you so nice. They always check on you and go way out of there way to make sure you’re ok and comfortable. Very accommodating in making and scheduling appointments. I love to donate there!

Went out of my way to find this location, checked in, waited almost an hour and went through blood pressure and everything. Was waiting to donate when they told me “sorry you’re within your window to donate so we can’t take your blood”.

The team members here are always welcoming when you arrive. They are all very pleasant and professional, but my two favorites are Christina and Vallery. They each have a favorite arm and take turns sticking me when I donate platelets!

I try to donate every few weeks. The entire staff is incredible, but I mostly deal with Vallery and Christina, and sometimes Gaston. They are like a extended family and make the experience as painless as possible. Awesome folks and you are doing a great public service.
