This was my first time at this One Blood location and it definitely deserves 5 stars, more if possible. This location was very clean and everyone I encountered was very nice. Mercedes was my phlebotomist and she Rocked. She was very professional and personable. She made the entire process go painless and smooth. Thanks Mercedes, you are blessing!!!

The staff at this location are very friendly and professional. The location is neat and clean. I normally donate whole blood, but I had extra time and decided to donate platelets for the first time. Pedro explained each step of the process, made sure I was comfortable and checked on me throughout the process.

The staff is ALWAYS great. Very professional, courteous and gentle. Michelle and Luz are the best! They make sure to put you at ease and make the donation process as easy and painless as possible. One thing I wish was a little bit different is the shirts or rewards they offer. For instance, I donated this past weekend and it would have been nice to get a RenFest pass, but they didn’t have them yet. I dont want to go to a bus to get them. Every time I went to a bus, they would blow out my vein. I go to this location because of the amazing people and the energy they bring. They def make you feel like family when your there. I highly recommend this location and the staff.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The nurses were so friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous going in, but I ended up enjoying it and I even forgot about how nervous I was. They offered drinks and snacks and kept checking up on me to make sure I was ok. I definitely recommend coming here. Not only will you save 3 lives with your visit, but you’ll enjoy doing it.
