The place is clean and people are nice . But I decided to not go again since they started that I need to go online 1st to book an appointment . I dont need to donate my blood, I do it to help others, so dont make it any harder. Also sounds like they have enough people to donate (good for them), so they dont need mine.

Clean, efficient and friendly. This is a very good location to donate blood! The office was not busy at 8:30 and the process took about 30 minutes for this first visit.

Love this location. I used to be a “Big Red Bus” donor but since I’ve been coming to the center I like it so much! Love the staff here! So nice and accommodating!! Joel is so great. He was my phlebotomy a few times but I think he’s recently been promoted which, if so, I’d well deserved. Such great and professional staff there!

I started donating at the Kennedy Center several years ago and have to share the experience had always been good. The staff is professional, courteous, and very caring. Since I’ve been there several times a year and the consistency is the same year after year of kindness and gentleness. This is a great group of people doing very important work. I switched from the excellent St Pete facility to this one because I moved cross town. It’s been a year now of frustration and incompetence. They fail to put my prescription in the system. They can’t find my prescription. They let me show up for an appointment without telling me my prescription needs to be renewed beforehand. I call with an issue, they transfer me to corporate and corporate tells me it needs to be handled on the local level. One woman has been great and I wish I had her name to point it out. I get angry even being inside this place as issue after issue and hassle after hassle plays out every visit.

I have donated almost 13 gallons of blood. I’ve been going to the Kennedy location most of the time since moving to so. Tampa 5 years ago. From the time I walk in, get tested, donate, leave, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Never an issue and a lot of smiles. Always making sure you are comfortable and offering drinks(still no Jack Daniels)and snacks. Very pleasant experience . See you in 8 weeks!
