Blood donations at this location have always been a good experience. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and there are always lots of wonderful snacks and drinks available. Vivene has helped me each visit and is personable and easy to talk to. I really do enjoy donating blood at this location.

I have given over 10 gallons to One Blood; I like this location at Village Market in Wesley Chapel; it is ultra clean and the staff are excellent. I have been twice here – Gloria, Gina and Vivienne are caring, fun and professional! It takes 2 hours to give platelets but I am very comfortable. Thank you.

Great office and location! All the staff is very helpful and friendly, but I wanted to specifically mention Gloria, who took my donation. She was so friendly, made me feel at ease, was quick and had an exceptional bedside manner about her. OneBlood should be very grateful to have such a wonderful employee! Thanks Gloria!

Great experience on The Big Red Bus. Adrian and Jenn are a great, efficient team, processed several of us donating at the same time very quickly. Jenn is one of the best phlebotomists I have ever experienced. An expert with the needle!

Today we had a bad experience here. We’ve been here a couple of times and it was a good experience, but not today. My husband asked to take blood from the left arm, but the nurse said: ” not today, I’m hungry”. I ate, she should have also. Very unprofessional. My donation was not much better either… They usually use my left arm, but they wanted to use the right and it left me bruised and not a lot of blood came out. It just left us with a bad feeling.

I am not a frequent donor, but it is required for therapeutic reasons. Things started out kind of shaky but was quickly resolved. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the professionalism, warmth and friendliness they bring. I come from Miami to get my blood drawn. Keep up the great work Gina, Gloria and Tammy!

Since I am therapeutic I can not go online to make an appointment and I can’t just walk in. I tried that 2 weeks ago got there at 8am as a walk in I was told sorry there are 2 people in front of you. They must be ghosts I did not see anyone. I was then told I have to make an appointment since I am therapeutic. Well I would love to if someone would pick up a phone. I tried for 2 days and no answer. When I was finally able to schedule an appointment I go in and I am told I can’t give blood because my script JUST RAN OUT. Now if there was someone at the receptionist desk they could have told me that. Instead I was treated rudely. It stinks when you are the only place in town. I will see if I can find another place.
