What an amazing experience. The team has a great welcoming the moment you walk through the door. I have lived here and I felt bad I didn’t know of this location and you can just walk in. I am glad I found the Royal Palm spot and will be returning on a regular basis. Lakisha was very kind in explaining the process and was also able to set up my next appt. The woman I got was Patrica and she likes to be called Trica. Trica was perfect. So nice, friendly and great with the needle I wish I could go on and on about here. I must say I’m NOT a fan of one oneblood bus. The ridiculous questions they ask you that are totally irrelevant to blood. The wearing of masks in their facility. I have been on the bus many many times and they are not nice people. The bus is so cold you can hang meat. Going forward I will only go to this one location.

I was a first time donor. Never donated blood but I decided I would do it so I went to their OneBlood bus location in Wellington. The staff was extremely rude, they obviously were not happy I was there. The whole time they were very dismissive and made me feel uncomfortable even though it was my first time giving blood. While they were setting me up to take blood, one of the workers was talking on the phone via blutooth earpiece. How unprofessional. After I donated, they rushed me off the chair because they were about to close the bus, causing me to faint and spill water all over myself. After I came back, they still rushed me off and seemed annoyed I fainted. Not to mention that over a week later, I still don’t have my results.
